Aero Natare

Description:

In the steampunk-inspired world of "Aero Natare" you step into the boots of John Fallguy, a seasoned salvager with a mysterious past. Set in a skyborne realm where civilization exists above the clouds, you will uncover ancient secrets hidden within the depths. As an expert in locating and retrieving valuable relics from the past, John embarks on a perilous journey through the ever-changing skies, battling sea-like creatures and facing unpredictable weather conditions.

Use your grappling hook to grab enemy crabs and throw them back at enemy sharks. Collect relics, treasures, and crystals to increase your points. Avoid taking damage and reach the bottom! If you meet certain requirements after you've made it to the bottom, you can score bonus points. Try to beat our high scores!

Currently, there is only one level implemented, with a few randomly generating chunks for it. I have plans to continue working on this in the future, but it will be a while before there are any updates because we have another game project to work on.

Purpose:

This game was made for our Intro to Game Design and Development class! This game was a collaboration under the name Morning Crash Studios between myself as the lead programmer, Cameron as the producer and programmer, Logan as the designer and programmer, and Hypnos as the artist.
